I specialize in mediation, facilitation, workplace assessments, workplace restoration and workplace investigations in employment, workplace, negotiation and labour matters. I am a Chartered Mediator and Registered Nurse with expertise in healthcare labour, nursing issues, and senior leadership/corporate governance.

The role included acting as a representative Trustee on a large Pension Plan Board of Directors.
